• Sample Orders
  Sample products are inspected carefully before shipment. Refunds are only available for quality problems caused by our production. Simple dislike or unsuitable style will not support free return or refund.
• Bulk Wholesale Orders
  For bulk orders, we follow the confirmed pre-production sample standard. If the goods have manufacturing defects, please provide clear photos or videos within 7 working days after receiving goods. We will negotiate re-production, discount or refund solution.
• Return Shipping
  If return is agreed by both sides, the buyer shall bear the return freight unless the defect is fully our responsibility.
• Non-Returnable Situation
  Custom engraved, customized color or custom size products cannot be returned or refunded.
